OCTOBER 21 - Hi again everyone -made it to Seattle LATE (for us) last night - actually we are in the Redmond/Bellevue area east of the city..Wedding reception activities / family stuff = will keep me busy but heaevy rain is forecast the next days until we leave so I am going to try and get over to a local park to get som classic Doug ir / Fern?sun ray shots if I can..Thank you ALL very much for your wonderful and encouraging comments!!

I caught this in the parking area of our office a few weeks ago...sort of a whispy misty tone to it...If we must work for "the man" we should at least be entitled to some beauty coming and going...our office exterior, I must say, is not bad...we are in the western part of New Jersey (very near the Pennsylvania border - I live in PA) and it is "pretty pretty" out here.

** Staples Singers - "Respect Yourself"

- " We do not move forward from a middle opinion, which is undemocratic but mediocratic.
We advance from a creative passion "- (Edgar Morin)

- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
- Henri Cartier-Bresson.

::Words from Denny:
- My beliefs, and values, have always been strongly tied-to music, especially Jazz, and Blues.
- The following artists and lyrics seem to "sum-up" where my spirit resides:
EARTH WIND AND FIRE;
"HOLD ON TO YOUR SPIRIT,
ALWAYS FEEL YOUR SOUL....
HONOR THE MAGIC IN YOUR HEART"
