HI EVERYONE - IT IS THURSDAY MORNING AS I WRITE THIS - THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR YOUR KIND COMMENTS WHILE WE WERE GONE...I HAD NOT INTENDED TO LEAVE THIS IMAGE UP FOR A SECOND DAY, BUT I HOPE TO HAVE A NEW IMAGE POSTED FOR FRIDAY THE 14TH ;-) THANKS AGAIN TO ALL OF YOU ;-)...

Tuesday morning, 0615 hours. I awoke and noticed a very pink hue out the window. We were leaving for home that day, so I went down stairs in our daughter's house and hurried out onto her back deck to see this most beautiful show. There I was, in my boxer shorts ahd t-shirt, no shoes on, chilly, but who cares....firing away like a mortar platoon under seige. This is one that shows a large view. In a few days i will show closer view which think you will enjoy. By the way, I did nothing to these images. What went into the camera is what you see here. Thanks to everyone for follwoing me while I was gone ;-)

** Staples Singers - "Respect Yourself"

- " We do not move forward from a middle opinion, which is undemocratic but mediocratic.
We advance from a creative passion "- (Edgar Morin)

- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
- Henri Cartier-Bresson.

::Words from Denny:
- My beliefs, and values, have always been strongly tied-to music, especially Jazz, and Blues.
- The following artists and lyrics seem to "sum-up" where my spirit resides:
EARTH WIND AND FIRE;
"HOLD ON TO YOUR SPIRIT,
ALWAYS FEEL YOUR SOUL....
HONOR THE MAGIC IN YOUR HEART"
