"Foxtails flow while the Crops, they Grow!"

Posted by
Denny Jump (Bellevue, WA, United States) on 26 July 2013 in Plant & Nature.

The variety of crops and vegetation in the summer is amazing. Here, through the blurry Foxtails dancing in the breeze, we see a Soy field, than 2 cornfields with soy in the middle, then soy again with sunlight sparkling from the leaves. I absolutely love shooting crops and fields. The attraction must have something to do with my agrarian "roots,". Many of the 18th, 19th. and 20th century Jumps family were farmers mostly in Ohio and Pennsylvania. I just love looking out on scenes like this. All the Best to you!
