N THE DARK
Drunk and Lost - weary and cold,
He stumbled through the ditches,
Fell down an embankment in the dark;
Not aware of where he was,
the explosions kept ripping his ear drums,
the fear grew deeper,
the terror grew worse;
He screamed for help but no one was there;
In desperation and weariness, he finally collapsed;
Later, much Later, he woke drowsy and confused;
But he knew what had happened…Another blackout, another nightmare,
the alcohol did not save him from the war,
the war that continued in his mind for 47 years;
More wars have come and gone,
But they all blend together; for the weary veteran
In the dark.

We advance from a creative passion "- (Edgar Morin)
- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
