Blood Lilly

Posted by
Denny Jump (Bellevue, WA, United States) on 25 June 2015 in Plant & Nature and Portfolio.

These lilies grow in our yard. Neither one of us planted them but we think some birds "planted" them here....Nevertheless, the color is just amazing and they are very hearty. I shot this image in the evening and light was going quickly, but I meant to do it that way because of the darker tones of tis beautiful plant. I hope you like it.

** Staples Singers - "Respect Yourself"

- " We do not move forward from a middle opinion, which is undemocratic but mediocratic.
We advance from a creative passion "- (Edgar Morin)

- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
- Henri Cartier-Bresson.

ALWAYS FEEL YOUR SOUL....
HONOR THE MAGIC IN YOUR HEART"
