Brilliance.......

Posted by
Denny Jump (Bellevue, WA, United States) on 16 November 2016 in Landscape & Rural.

.........Amazing how brilliance in Nature unfailingly exceeds the level of "Brilliance" we find in humanity....
especially these days...

Just Saying!

NIKON D800 5/8 seconds F/20.0 ISO 50 56 mm (35mm equiv.)

** Staples Singers - "Respect Yourself"

- " We do not move forward from a middle opinion, which is undemocratic but mediocratic.
We advance from a creative passion "- (Edgar Morin)

- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
- Henri Cartier-Bresson.

::Words from Denny:
- My beliefs, and values, have always been strongly tied-to music, especially Jazz, and Blues.
- The following artists and lyrics seem to "sum-up" where my spirit resides:
EARTH WIND AND FIRE;
"HOLD ON TO YOUR SPIRIT,
ALWAYS FEEL YOUR SOUL....
HONOR THE MAGIC IN YOUR HEART"
; Earth Wind and Fire

@john4jack: It was crazy, Jack...10 minutes tops...the sun shone through that little gap between the clouds and the land that occurs on a cloudy day ;-) I was proud of myself because i went down to the lake with a hunch that it would happen :-0
