Coins in the Water

Posted by
Denny Jump (Bellevue, WA, United States) on 4 December 2017 in Landscape & Rural.

In a world filled with greed. the color Gold is key;
The grass is gold,
the reeds are gold,
the lillypads are gold,
Even the water is gold:
The Thief's favorite color is gold;

The honor of souls involved in this theft is Anything but Gold;
Their souls involved are so entranced by this master thief, they consider not
their own inevitable fate or their own sure defeat;
The Thief throws his coins in the water
All the souls jump in!

Those of us on the side, can only wait and pray ....
and do what we can to bring the thief down!

- " We do not move forward from a middle opinion, which is undemocratic but mediocratic.
We advance from a creative passion "- (Edgar Morin)

- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
- Henri Cartier-Bresson.

- My beliefs, and values, have always been strongly tied-to music, especially Jazz, and Blues.

Rick from Toronto, Canada

A wonderful image with accompanying words that ring true. THIS is what our world provides, free of charge, free for the price of being alive, to give us what is true worth and to keep the sanest of us, sane.
