Autumn Colour Eye Test

Posted by
Denny Jump (Bellevue, WA, United States) on 15 November 2019 in Landscape & Rural.

Fall Colour is waning here in the Pacific Northwest. So, on a mission of desperation, I chose to tromp through the woods in a nearby park. This huge Sycamore (I think) tree was still displaying some pretty bright colors.

The only problem is that there was SO MUCH unified colour, it sort of smothered everything else! But I didn't mind,,,it was getting dark and the rain was beginning to fall.

I hope your Autumn is concluding very nicely ;-)

** Staples Singers - "Respect Yourself"

- " We do not move forward from a middle opinion, which is undemocratic but mediocratic.
We advance from a creative passion "- (Edgar Morin)

- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
that precise moment that mastering an image becomes a great physical and intellectual joy."
- Henri Cartier-Bresson.
