A few days ago (Just before this madness unfolded) I managed to get down to Lake Sammmnish (one of my beloved spots) to walk around in the frigid wind that was blowing...
The area, still, was fairly busy with local citizens - trying (as I was) to "grab" a few precious minutes of freedom in an "open-air" environment! So, I walked down one of the trails and strolled up an easy hill to look around.....Not far away, Off to the west, I noticed some trees that were in full bloom. The sun was getting very close to setting, and I could really see the interplay of light and color already beginning to put on a show.
I knew that I needed to get this shot, even though I also know that such images often turn out to be pretty, perhaps< but not particularly distinguishable...! Well, I didn't give a rat's behind! When I see stuff like this, I go for it....You never know what you might miss if you DON'T get the shot...After all, it can be easily deleted later on...
So this is what I made with my little Sony Bridge Camera (DSCRX10IV)....I have a bad habit of following my soul and emotions rather than my brain - sorry, I have always been that way ;-)
I WISH - TO ALL OF YOU - SAFETY, HEALTH, LOVE AND PEACE!!

- "To photograph is to hold one's breath, when all faculties converge to capture fleeting reality. It's at
